Oak Crest of Jenison on Cottonwood Drive was started in 1989. Originally located on thirteen acres, this campus consists of four individual manors: Maplewood, Beechwood, Cottonwood, and Cherrywood. In 2009 the Lodge of Allen Springs was built on the 16 acres next to the Jenison Campus, which contains 60 apartments.
